Singapore is one of Asia's most premium vehicle markets with a sophisticated import process. The Certificate of Entitlement (COE) system controls vehicle numbers and significantly impacts the total cost of vehicle ownership. Right-hand drive UK vehicles are well suited to Singapore roads.
UK Car Source manages the full export process to Singapore including LTA compliance guidance, VTA documentation support, sea freight to PSA terminals and ongoing logistics coordination.

Port Guide
Singapore Port (PSA terminals — Tanjong Pagar, Brani, Pasir Panjang, Keppel) is one of the world's most efficient container ports. Vehicles typically arrive in containers at Pasir Panjang or Keppel terminals. Standard clearance 3–5 working days.
Singapore Customs is highly efficient — pre-arrival processing via the TradeNet system. Vehicles must meet Singapore's Euro 4+ emissions requirements. LHD and RHD are both permitted (Singapore drives on the left). COE must be won at the biweekly auction before a vehicle can be registered — factor this into your timeline. Work with a Singapore-licensed vehicle dealer or agent for COE bidding.
Local Market Advice
Singapore is the most demanding and expensive vehicle market in Southeast Asia — but also the most prestigious. COE costs transform UK prestige cars into status symbols for the ultra-wealthy. The Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, and Lamborghini market is genuine and substantial.
UK spec vehicles are respected for quality and provenance. RHD from the UK is perfectly compatible. Complete service history is essential — Singapore buyers are meticulous. Black, white, and silver dominate for prestige vehicles; avoid unusual colours. Singapore is one of the best-performing export routes for ultra-luxury UK vehicles.
