We locate vehicles that match your specification and present you with the best options available — including pricing, condition and availability details.

Secure With a Deposit
Once you've approved the vehicle, a deposit secures it while we complete documentation, history checks and logistics arrangements. We keep you updated throughout and confirm all costs in full before you commit to the balance.

Arrange Payment
We guide you through the payment process securely and transparently. For international clients, we can work with your bank or payment provider as required. There are no hidden fees — the price agreed is the price you pay.

05Delivery
Take Delivery of Your Vehicle
For UK deliveries, we arrange transport to your door. For international clients, we manage the complete export process — export documentation (V5, certificates of conformity), freight booking, shipping and customs clearance guidance at your destination. We don't consider the job done until your vehicle is safely delivered.

- How long does it take to source a vehicle?
- Many vehicles can be located within days. Specialist, limited-production or factory-order vehicles may take 2–12 weeks. We provide realistic timelines at the point of enquiry.
- Can you source vehicles for export?
- Yes. UK Car Source handles the complete sourcing and export process for international clients — UK purchase, export documentation, freight booking and shipping to over 35 countries worldwide.
- Do you carry out history and condition checks?
- Yes. All vehicles sourced through UK Car Source are subject to a history check as standard. For pre-owned vehicles, we can arrange independent inspections prior to purchase.
- Can you source factory-order vehicles?
- Yes. Through our dealer network we can access factory-order allocation for Porsche, Bentley, Mercedes-AMG, Land Rover, BMW M and more.
